Prepare or return the stable download for the current authenticated conversation icon.
Rust binds the download to the subject event that defined the effective icon. A text-only or emoji-only subject update inherits that icon; a newer explicit icon invalidates the old operation. Public icons require the downloaded-object SHA-256 (x); encrypted icons may rely on final AEAD authentication. Android must render only the private URI produced after completing this operation.
